Hello beautiful followers, since it’s New Year’s Eve tomorrow and I’m sure most of you will have lovely celebratory dinners with friends and family, do try to eat less so you don’t have to rush to the bathroom.

Do not eat fried or starchy foods without drinking a bottle of water or tea before purging.
Not only will it be extremely hard to purge, it will also cause a sore or inflamed throat/oesophagus!
