Q:How do you know that you've vomited everything you've ate?

You can have marker foods, like colored foods first so when you throw up you can gauge how much you’ve thrown up. BBQ potato chips have a distinct orange color that will be a good indicator.

As you've probably guessed from the title, tips on how to be bulimic (The Proper Way) will be given here.

This writer has been bulimic for six years, a tumultuous period of recovery and relapse. I do not promote bulimia, I am simply trying to minimize the damage done by showing fellow bulimics less damaging methods.
