Q:whenever I eat, my body thinks it's a binge. how can I stop from eating so much? any tips? thanks (:

Cut your food into small pieces, and count the number of times you chew each bite so you eat really slowly, and this way also helps to trick the body into thinking you are full. 

For myself, I eat a piece of bread for breakfast every morning now (used to be 3 or 4 sandwiches) and I will take small bites, chew 40 to 50 times before swallowing. It helps! Stay strong xo

As you've probably guessed from the title, tips on how to be bulimic (The Proper Way) will be given here.

This writer has been bulimic for six years, a tumultuous period of recovery and relapse. I do not promote bulimia, I am simply trying to minimize the damage done by showing fellow bulimics less damaging methods.
